Connect your Google Business Profiles to Mapyn

This guide covers the cleanest way to connect Google Business Profiles so publishing, localization, review workflows, and location analytics start from a reliable permissions setup.

Use a Google account with the right access

Connect with the Google account that already manages the Business Profiles you want to bring into Mapyn. For multi-location teams, use the account that has organization-level access where possible.

Verify location ownership before connecting

Make sure the target listings are verified in Google Business Profile and that you can open them in the Business Profile Manager before starting the Mapyn connection flow.

Connect once, then select the locations you want to manage

After OAuth approval, Mapyn can discover the profiles available to your account so you can choose the locations you want to publish to, localize for, or include in review workflows.

Before you connect

  • Verified Google Business Profiles
  • The correct Google account or organization-level manager access
  • A clear list of the locations you want active in Mapyn
  • Approval from internal owners if reviews or posting workflows are shared

Troubleshooting

If locations do not appear, confirm they belong to the same Google account you used during connection.
If you see permission errors, re-check Business Profile Manager roles and reconnect from Mapyn.
If you manage many locations, start with a smaller subset first so your team can validate workflows before scaling up.
