Why can’t I connect my LinkedIn account?

A common cause is an incomplete LinkedIn profile, especially a missing profile photo.

  1. Log in to LinkedIn.
  2. Add a profile photo if one is missing.
  3. Wait a few minutes and reconnect.
Why doesn’t my LinkedIn Page appear during connection?

Only eligible Pages returned by LinkedIn’s API will appear. In many cases, you need Super Admin access.

Why does my LinkedIn account disconnect sometimes?

Disconnections can happen when tokens expire, permissions change, or your account needs reauthorization.

Publishing
Can I publish a first comment on LinkedIn?

Yes. Scalyn supports first-comment publishing for LinkedIn.

Why is my post marked as published but not visible?

This is usually caused by missing permissions or an expired connection. Reconnect your LinkedIn account and ensure all permissions are accepted.

Will using Scalyn get my account banned?

No. Scalyn uses official APIs and approved connection methods.

For best results, avoid using multiple tools on the same account simultaneously and reconnect after major account changes.
